The piano is as represented and a super deal! After the auction Nancy kept us advised every step of the way, helped to arrange delivery, even sent pictures as the piano was being packed for shipping. During our move in February 2017, the fallboard of our Kawai piano was severely damaged. We called Forte’ Piano, where we purchased our piano and spoke with Nancy, who originally handled the sale of our piano in November of 2013. She immediately got in touch with the Kawai Company to start the process of replacing the damaged fallboard. Nancy stayed in touch with us every step of the way until the fallboard arrived at our house and was installed.
Being that our piano was nearly 4 years older than when we purchased it, we were extremely concerned that the color of the fallboard would not match the original color. We were extremely pleased that it matched nearly identical to the original fallboard. Kudos to Kawai in this regard.
We appreciate the fine legwork that Nancy did to help us accomplish replacing our damaged fallboard. She went above and beyond assisting. I am completely satisfied with my new Hämburg & Bach Player grand piano. So much so, that I have a car tag that says ‘I Love My Piano” and we named our pontoon boat “Piano Girl”!
